Participants will assess their current deployment of resources and budget against either (a) run the business or (b) grow/change the business functions and activities. You will also have a chance to use the trapped value audit tool and see first-hand how it can help redeploy resources.
Guided to focus on the need to align future IT investment priorities with critical business outcomes, Participants will be introduced to the Collaborative IT Governance Model as a way to breakdown organizational silos and build cross enterprise collaborative IT development teams.
